Arnott Introduces Two New Air Compressors for BMW Applications

Arnott Air Suspension Products announced the introduction of two new aftermarket Air Suspension Compressors for the 2004 to 2010 BMW 5 Series (E61 Chassis) Wagon and the 2007 to 2013 BMW X5 (E70 Chassis) and BMW X6 (E71 Chassis).

— P-2871 for the BMW 5-Series Touring/Wagon (E61 Chassis) is a 100% direct replacement for the original OE compressor from BMW. This BMW replacement compressor is new and is produced by AMK, the same manufacturer as the original compressor, and replaces OE Part Numbers 37106793778, and 37206792855. The part retails for $599. A detailed Installation Manual is available for download.

— P-2872 for the BMW X5 (E70 Chassis) and X6 (E71) is a 100% direct replacement for the original OE compressor from BMW. This BMW replacement compressor is new and is produced by AMK, the same manufacturer as the original compressor, and replaces OE Part Numbers 37206859714, 37206789938, 37206799419, 37226775479, and 37226785506. The part retails for $754. A detailed Installation Manual is available for download.

New Rear Shock for ’05-’11 Mercedes-Benz ML-Class and ’07-’12 GL-Class

Arnott Air Suspension Products announced the introduction of a new aftermarket Rear Shock Absorber for the 2005 to 2011 Mercedes-Benz ML-Class (W164 Chassis) and the the 2007 to 2012 GL-Class (X164 Chassis), both with AIRMATIC and Adaptive Damping System (ADS).

Arnott Part Number SK-2867 fits the rear left or right side and replaces OE Part Numbers A1643201131, A1643202131, A1643202831, A1643203131, A1643200731, A1643202031, A1643202731, and A1643203031.

The Arnott shock replaces the worn OE shock and includes a sensor to bypass and turn off ADS dashboard warning lights. Arnott assembles and packages these replacement shocks in the U.S. Arnott suggests these shocks be replaced in pairs.

The shock retails for $359 and is backed by Arnott’s Limited Lifetime Warranty in North America and the European Union. A detailed Installation Manual is available for download.

Arnott’s new adjustable Air Suspension System for the Honda Gold Wing® is custom-designed for the Gold Wing® frame to provide the rider with superior control, ride comfort and height adjustability. The kit, featuring Arnott’s TruAIR technology, includes a rugged air spring bladder and is not an air cylinder or air-assisted unit.
 
At the core of this patent-pending system is a custom nitrogen-charged FOX® shock absorber and a rugged Goodyear® air spring designed to provide superior comfort, ride quality, and durability. Arnott pairs the shock with a small but powerful compressor, mounting bracket, and air distribution valve block with muffler to control how fast air is released.
The system — available with black (MC-2912) or chrome (MC-2925) handlebar-mounted inflation switch — retails for $1,499.

Arnott Air Suspension Products announces the introduction of two new aftermarket Air Suspension Solenoid Valve Blocks for BMW 5 Series and BMW X5 applications.

Both K-2897 and K-2898 are direct replacements for the vehicle’s failing valve block.

An air suspension solenoid valve block is responsible for distributing air from the Compressor to your Air Struts or Air Springs. Over time valve block O-Rings can dry rot and leak air causing your compressor to overwork or allow moisture to degrade the electrical solenoid components, causing additional problems.

The Arnott Solenoid Valve Block is made from the highest quality materials and is designed to meet or exceed the original equipment.

Arnott Air Suspension Products announces the introduction of a revised Coil Spring Conversion Kit for the 2001 to 2005 Audi A6 and Audi allroad quattro (C5 Chassis, Typ 4B).

 

Arnott’s new coil spring conversion kit — Arnott Part C-2718 — is exclusively designed for these older Audi A6 and Audi allroad Quattro models with air suspension. The kit converts all four Audi air struts on the vehicle to a more reliable coil spring strut combination. For ride quality, the kit includes new custom-valved, application-specific shock absorbers. The Audi front coil spring assemblies include new upper mounts.
C-2718 includes Arnott’s patents-pending Electronic Bypass Module (EBM)
to turn off dashboard suspension warning lights.
 
To maximize efficiency, Arnott’s aftermarket coil spring struts are preassembled and ready for easy installation, eliminating the need for special tools or the use of a dangerous spring compressor.
