Arnott, the industry leader in aftermarket air suspension replacement products for Lexus has released aftermarket replacement rear struts for the 2001-2006 Lexus LS 430.

AS-3073 (rear right) and AS-3074 (rear left) are Arnott engineered new air suspension struts for the 2001-2006 Lexus LS 430 (XF30 chassis) with the height adjustable suspension option, including the LS Ultimate Luxury edition.

Both Arnott assemblies are designed to replace failing OE struts and feature a new, not remanufactured, custom-tuned shock absorbers valved to provide the luxury ride LS owners expect. The Arnott struts are built with a new heavy-duty air bladder from ContiTech that is protected by an aluminum cover.

The Arnott struts include a CNC-machined top mount made from aircraft-quality aluminum and special rubber coated steel vibration isolator plates. These new air struts, pre-assembled in the U.S. for easy installation, include Arnott’s long-lasting seals, O-rings, bump stop, heavy-duty crimping rings, OE style quick connect air fitting and a dust boot to protect the shock. A detailed installation manual is also available.   Arnott designed aftermarket new struts require no core charge, handling or return of the core part.

The Arnott remanufactured strut maintains full OE functionality including support for Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM).

Arnott’s AS-3035 (front right) and AS-3036 (front left) are completely remanufactured OE struts for the 2010-2013 Porsche Panamera S, 4S and Turbo (970 Chassis) while AS-3037 (front right) and AS-3038 (front left) are remanufactured OE Struts from 2014 – 2016 Panamera models.

Each strut is painstakingly tested to assure OE active damping functionality and then disassembled, deep cleaned, media blasted to remove years of road grime, paint and any corrosion and then painted with premium corrosion resistant paint.  The Arnott remanufactured struts are then rebuilt from the ground up with new Tier 1 components such as a multi-ply rubber air bladder from ContiTech, new protective dust boot and aluminum can, heavy duty crimping rings, oil resistant seals and VOSS air fitting.

AS-3056 (front right) and AS-3057 (front left) are Arnott remanufactured OE air suspension struts for the 2011-2017 Porsche Cayenne (92A Chassis) with auto leveling. Remanufactured in the USA, each strut is painstakingly tested to assure OE active damping functionality. Arnott thoroughly cleans the OE part and spin blasts it to bare metal before repainting it with corrosion inhibiting paint. The assembly is then rebuilt with new tier 1 components such a new rubber air spring bladder manufactured by Continental ContiTech along with heavy-duty crimping rings, long lasting O-Rrng, VOSS air fitting and an aluminum cover and dust boot to protect the damper and air spring from debris.
