After a yearlong process of implementing, testing and improving, Arnott is pleased to announce that we have all standard TecCom modules available and functioning.

With Arnott’s focus on continuous improvement, it was only natural to take the next step by integrating TecCom, a TecAlliance solution, into Arnott’s ERP system.

  • Accept stock and express orders
  • Order confirmation
  • Dispatch advice notes
  • Standard invoicing

E-invoicing, which produces legislated invoices incl. a retention period, is still in development.

With this implementation, Arnott aims to increase customer satisfaction through a structured cooperation by providing fast reaction times, transparency and smooth processes.
